Our summer programme gets underway across the country. In Warwick, KiB volunteers took Paddington Bear to visit Leycester House Care Home, to chat about books and play favourite board games.

KiB was honoured twice at Harrigay's Loneliness Awareness Week Awards. Our young volunteer Ted Mayer was recognised for bringing joy and connection to older people, and our What's On Calendars were praised for helping reduce loneliness and social isolation across the borough

Join us for our new intergenerational Zoom sessions, every Thursday afternoon at 5pm. Coffee and Connection is a great way for older people living alone to chat to KiB volunteers. Carers and those they care for are also very welcome.

Our calendars now cover 10 areas across the country. They're a great way to find local groups to meet new friends and even try new things. Whatever you love - from singing or walking, to crafting, board games and Lego groups - there's something for you.
